Welcome to Jammx. These Terms govern your use of jam.mx and related services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service

Jammx provides tools for creators to publish project pages, add links, accept support (donations/subscriptions), withdraw earnings, and view analytics. Premium users can activate subdomains (e.g., yourname.jam.mx).

2) Accounts

Provide accurate info; keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend/terminate for violations.

3) Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content.
• No sexual content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual acts; no violent/terrorist content.
• No spam, scams, malware, or security breaches.
• No misuse of payment tools (fraud, laundering, chargeback abuse).
• No infringement of third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity).

4) Content & license

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Jammx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and distribute your content to operate and improve the Services. You represent you have the rights to publish the content and links.

5) Subdomains & branding

We may reclaim or rename subdomains to prevent impersonation, confusion, or policy violations.

6) Payments, fees, payouts

• Donations/tips are typically non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellations affect future periods.
• Payments are processed by Paystack (and later other providers like Stripe); their terms apply.
• Multiple currencies may be supported; availability depends on provider and region.
• Service/processing fees may apply (shown at checkout or in dashboard).
• Payouts depend on available balance, KYC/AML, regional limits, and processor settlement times.

7) Refunds & disputes

Refunds are limited; chargebacks, fines, or fees may be deducted or reimbursed from your balance.

8) Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. We may collect/report/withhold where required.

9) IP

Our trademarks, branding, and platform code are protected. Do not use our marks without permission.

10) Analytics

We provide aggregate stats (views, unique views approx., link clicks, supporters). Cookies and similar tech apply per our Privacy Policy.

11) Third-party services

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

12) Termination

We may suspend/terminate for violations, risk, or legal reasons. You may close your account anytime.

13) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.

14) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Jammx for claims arising from your content, use, or violations.

16) DMCA/Copyright

Send notices to abuse@jam.mx with your contact, the infringing URLs, a good-faith statement, and signature. We may disable content and close repeat infringers.

17) Changes

We may update the Services or these Terms; material changes will be noticed reasonably. Continued use means acceptance.
